Star Citizen Evocati Leaks
With the official announcement of Evocati to 2.6 (and an unofficial one 20 minutes prior to announcement.), it's time to leak EVERYTHING. Please comment anything you can find from any Evocati sources (mainly 4chan). Take all information with multiple grains of salt, but not too many as to upset your low-sodium diet.
Leaks during the 29th:
-Cat crashes PU server when spawned (Also the patch notes say the caterpillar is flyable... but then "known issues" says not to spawn one in crusader because it will crash the server. So, **** if I know where we can actually fly the thing.)
-Questions asked on the 4chan post have been answered as the following-
Simple as ****, but reasonably fun. Although you really need to watch your radar to not get instantly shot in the back. Damage seems a bit random, crit% might need turning down. I really like the "muted" sound effects when in zero g. Haven't tried the second map yet.
- How are the new ships if they are testable?
They did that thing where they didn't unlock all ships (they really wants us only doing star marine right now) and I don't own any of the new ones.
- Did they improve ANY netcode so you can squeeze a few more frames out of the PU?

probably getting 40 something just eyeballing it
they really don't say anything interesting, basically it's "Go play Star Marine, because we're still working on the flight mechanics, and don't fucking spawn a Caterpillar or we're kicking you out of testing!"
Other random shit: The Helmet outline is much less annoying now. Graphics and textures much prettier now. UI elements are much improved. Except the "use" icon. They actually made that even more annoying. Afterburner is gone, Boost is gone, cruise is gone, there is only the boosburnerusie gestalt now. Still have no idea how you upshift into the mode where it doesn't burn boost fuel, or is there is one yet. Flight is much better than it was in the first pass of the flight changes, but I still wish the SCM's speed were higher. Ship Gun velocities (at least the one's I had) seem much better. The pips of the Gladius' default loadout are actually close enough to be sort of usable now. MXS lasers are red now. Either the vanduul drones had their armor beefed up or gun damage is stupid low now.
Also, datamining the launcher (or however they do it) confirms level packs from Star Marine have been sent out.
