Hmm stimmt habe ich nicht bemerkt.. Komischerweise lassen sich meine Dump-Dateien nichtmehr wie beim letzten Mal kopieren und auf den Desktop einfügen :o
Woran kann das auf einmal liegen?

Außer dass ein Problem mit dem Speichermanagement vorliegt, kann man hier nicht mehr herauslesen. Zumindest scheint hier keine Drittsoftware, -Treiber ursächlich zu sein.
Poste bitte noch einen Screenshot von CrystalDiskInfo, um die SMART Werte der Systemplatte lesen zu können.

Auf der System SSD sind 5 UDMA CRC Fehler protokolliert (C7 100 100 __0 000000000005 UltraDMA-CRC-Fehler).
Dies wäre durchaus eine mögliche Fehlerquelle.

Die UDMA CRC Fehler treten regelmäßig durch lockere/defekte Datenkabel auf.
Ich würde daher vorschlagen, das Datenkabel (SATA) der System-SSD (Laufwerk C) auszutauschen. Kontrolliere anschließend den Wert, insbes. nach einem weiteren Absturz.
Der Wert 00005 darf nach dem Kabeltausch nicht weiter ansteigen.

Des weiteren gibt es für beide SSDs eine aktuellere Firmware (MU02). Sollten die Probleme nach dem Kabeltausch bleiben, wäre ein Firmware Update anzuraten.

  • Improved stability, Efficiency, and Performance during power state transitions
  • Improved handling of environments with unstable power supplies
  • Improved handling of environments with SATA interface signal integrity issues
  • Improved response time for SMART read commands

Werde dann heute mal versuchen das Firmeware Update zu bekommen.
 
Sofern auch das Firmware Update keine Besserung bringt...hättest du die Möglichkeit einen anderen RAM Riegel zu testen (z.B. von einem Bekannten), um Kompatibilitätsprobleme (Mobo - RAM) ausschließen zu können?
 
Muss ich mal schauen. Nen Kumpel sollte den gleichen haben wie ich müsste mal Fragen ob er mit den gibt..

Bluescreens kommen trotz Updates beim Starten.
 
Hab jetzt von nem Kumpel welche eingebaut und bisher keine Bluescreens bekommen.
Aber war auch schon ab und zu so dass ich mal einen Tag lang keine hatte. Werde es mal weiter beobachten!

Alles funktioniert.. Scheint echt am RAM zu liegen.
Soll ich dann einfach die gleichen nehmen wie mein Kumpel hat oder hast andere zu empfehlen?
 
Wenn der vom Kumpel einwandfrei läuft, wäre das ja schonmal ein RAM, der in die engere Wahl kommt.
Ansonsten muss ich dir ehrlich sagen, dass ich selbst immer den günstigsten RAM kaufe und primär nicht auf irgendwelche Kompatibilitätslisten schaue. Gibt es Probleme habe ich auch immer Reserve RAM zum gegentesten zur Hand. Die Kompatibilitätslisten des Motherboardherstellers werden i.d.R. auch nicht aktualiesiert, so dass hier nur älterer RAM gelistet ist, den es ggf. im Handel schon nicht mehr gibt.

Zurück zum RAM vom Kumpel. Ist bei CPU-Z (Reiter SPD), das Herstellungsdatum zu sehen? Wenn ja, sind die RAM noch (relativ) neu?
Wenn die schon ein paar Jahre auf dem Buckel haben ist nämlich nicht sichergestellt, dass genau diese RAM immer noch mit den gleichen Speicherchips verbaut werden. Soll heißen, auch wenn du die gleichen RAM kaufst, können theoretisch Probleme auftreten.

Ich würde mir daher die günstigsten RAM kaufen (1600mhz oder 1866mhz RAM) und testen, ob die fehlerfrei laufen. Wenn nicht zurück schicken und anderen RAM testen.
