Router eventuell defekt ? (NetgearDG834GBv3)

Hallo,

seit einigen Tagen habe ich ein kleines Problem.Die Internetverbindung bricht andauernd ab,dann bin ich mal im Netz und kurz danach fliege ich wieder raus.Wenn ich mal im Netz bin ist es manchmal sehr lahm.Das passiert seit ca.3 Tagen,laut meinem Internetanbieter ist die Leitung ok(wurde überprüft).Die neuste Firmware ist drauf Version 4.0.1.40,diese ist allerdings von 2008.

Jetzt meine Frage,kann es sein das der Router einen weg hat ? (ist ca.5 Jahre alt)wenn ja,wie sieht es mit diesem hier aus? Für den USB Stick hätte ich sogar verwendung,ein zweiter Rechner ist mit nem Kabel verbunden das quer durch die Wohnung liegt.

Keiner einen TIpp ? :huh: Ich bin echt am verzweifeln,das wird immer schlimmer :schief: Ich möchte jetzt nicht einfach n neues Teilchen kaufen und nachher liegt es doch nicht daran,aber an der Leitung soll es ja auch nicht liegen...
 
Was zeigt dir denn das protokoll an,welches der router führt?Meldet er da auch den grund für die verbindungsabbrüche und könntest du das mal posten?(als bild?)
 
Bild geht nicht,da ist nur n kleines Fenster....

Wenn er wirklich kaputt sein sollte, dann Kauf dir ne Fritz!Box, AVM hat echt einen Top-Service.
Ansonsten setze dich mal mit Netgear in Kontakt.

So wie es ausschaut scheint der router in der nebenzeit (abends,nachts) die verbindung länger halten zu können wie in der hauptzeit (tagsüber).Das lässt eigentlich darauf schließen,das die leitung nicht ok ist.
Wenn dein anbieter aber sagt,es sei alles ok,dann würde ich erstmal den splitter tauschen.(bekommst du kostenlos von deinem anbieter) Außerdem solltest du die verkabelung vom anschluß bis zum router überprüfen.(scharfe knicke im kabel,nicht richtig eingesteckte stecker usw.)
Zudem stellt sich mir die frage,ob bei dir nur der splitter,ein splitter+ntba oder eine starterbox (arcor z.b.) zwischen deinem anschluß und dem dsl-modem (im router) ist,welches natürlich auch mal kaputt gehen kann.
 
Ein kleines Update,gestern habe ich eine neue Box bekommen von meinem Anbieter.Da ist alles in einem Gerät drin,und mal sehen ob es vielleicht daran lag.Die Kabel habe ich vorher schon alle genau überprüft,da ist kein Knick oder so drin.Das lief ja vorher auch ohne Probleme,heute hab ich n Anruf bekommen das doch n Techniker das mal überprüft.Also muss doch was nicht stimmen mit der Leitung.Hauptsache ist das Modem ist es nicht :)
 
Ein kleiner Abschluss,der Techniker war vor Ort.Hat alles durchgemessen und die "Zentrale" hat was eingestellt und nun rennt das I-net wie eine eins :)
