After talking to various teams and checking the stats and graphs for EUW we can tell that the vast majority of players can play without problems. Again, we changed some DNS settings and some of you might experience problems related to cached settings on your PC. I also, once again, combined all solutions that worked for some of you:
- restart your router
- flush DNS ("ipconfig /flushdns")
- renew IP ( "ipconfig /release" followed by: "ipconfig /renew")
- try to login with your account on different PC in another location (new IP address)
- disable peer-to-peer transfer
- sync clock and check firewall as described here:

- repair the Launcher
- use VPN
- reboot PC
- switch to different LoL environment. Example: switch to EUNE and then get back to EUW. For some players this was the golden solution.
- shut down your firewall or create New Rule under Inbound and Outbound on Port 2099 to allow connections on this port.
