Kann ich auf dem Rechner Win 7 Ultimate 32Bit installieren?

Hallo!

Ich hab einen etwas älteren Fujitsu-Siemens Rechner, jetzt möchte ich dass bestmögliche herausholen (aufrüsten) um WIN 7 U darauf laufen lassen zu können.
Denke das eventuell mehr RAM reichen würden - wenn es nicht so ist; bitte um Aufklärung.

Der Rechner wird mit Drucker und Office 2007 benutzt. Kein Internetzugang
Ich möchte Win 7 darauf haben weil dieses BS schon einiges selbst erkennt ( neue hardware ansteckt) ohne zusätzliche Treiber installieren zu müssen.

Ich wäre für jede Unterstützung und Hilfe dankbar, wie ich weiter vorgehen sollte.

512 MB sind aber recht knapp. Auch für einen Office-Rechner - besonders wenn es Office 2007 ist, das ist nicht grade als resourcenschonend bekannt.
Was läuft denn jetzt auf dem Rechner?

Aber zur eigentlichen Frage: Du solltest Win7 Ultimate installieren können - zumindest was Speicher und Prozessor angeht, sollte das klappen. Auch wenn es nicht unbedingt die reine Freude sein wird.
Für den Rest deiner Hardware empfehle ich den Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor.

Ja, das mit dem Advisor war auch mein erster gedanke. Nur installation braucht man dazu NET From... 2.0 oder so... dieses war nicht zur Hand.

Ich glaub das überhaupt nur 265Mb ram drin sind, Beim Hochfahren ließ ich nur was von den 256 u. nicht´s von 512. Vielleicht is ein Auslesefehler vom CPU-Z
Möchte sowieso auf 2 gb aufstocken. Ist das überhaupt möglich mit dem Mainboard? Und wie is das mit den Dual-Channel wird das unterstützt.

Also ich kann nur sagen das bei mir Win 7 schon 1GB Arbeitsspeicher nutzt, da wird es mit 512MB oder gar 256MB duster aussehen.

Ob sich das noch lohnt aufzurüsten:-o.
 
Also wenn du dir Windows 7 holst, würde ich mir mehr RAM kaufen, wenn möglich. Laut Microsoft brauch Win 7 min. 1 GB RAM.
Wieso willst du dir eigentlich Ultimate kaufen?
Ansonsten würde das glaube ich mit deinem Rechner gehen.
 
Meeeeeeeeeehr RAM. und (wie Maxanier schon erwähnte) warum in aller Welt die Ultimate Version (kostet ab 150€ aufwärts)?
1GB RAM bekommste für knapp 15€... ;). Da stimmen irgendwo die Relationen nicht ganz :D

Weil es vorhanden ist und nicht´s zusätzlich kostet.

Sind das DDR 1 Ram?

Unsicher macht mich auch das, leider blick ich mich da nicht wirklich durch - wie oder was ich hier einsetzen darf

DDR 400 läuft auch auf 333MHz. Lt Handbuch unterstützt es ja bei 3 RAM Bänken 3GB. Der langsamere Speicher ist schon eher seltener zu bekommen und kostet dafür auch deutlich mehr. Double Sided sind bei der Grösse meist eh alle Module von daher ist es egal.
 
Also kann ich die HIER, gefahrlos auf den ersten zwei Bänken einbauen.

Sollte durchaus gehen, soweit ich es gesehen hatte hat das Board keinen Modus für Dualchannel.
 
Würd ich nicht machen das Win7 32 bit is nach meiner Erfahrung eh ein bischen bockig und dein Rechner is ja nun auch nich gerade n Supercomputer (Ich weis ich muss reden aber trotzdem :D )

Naja auf meinem Netbook läufts mit 1GB RAM (mind. 66% voll) ganz passabel und der Atom hat um einiges weniger Leistung als der P4.

nur hab ich jetzt keinen sound - welchen treiber brauch ich dazu?
das selbe bei der grafikkarte.

könnt mir bitte wer auf die sprünge helfen welche treiber da benötigt werden
 
Müßte eigendlich beim Sound der Realtec AC 97 sein und bei der Grafikkarte mußt du schauen welcher Catalysttreiber die alte Karte noch unterstützt
 
hi, kann das sein dass z.B. der Treiber für die 9000 serie nur bis xp funzt und somit nicht für WIN kompatible ist.

diesen hab ich probiert 6-11-pre-r300_xp-2k_dd_ccc_wdm_38185 funzt nicht weil nur für XP.
finde aber keinen der auch win 7 unterstützt. diese treibergenaration fangen erst ab der 9500 serie an die auch win 7 haben.

normalerweise müsste ja im gäret manager stehen welche karte in PC ist, da steht aber nur VGA-Standarte Treiber
beim windows update findet er auch keinen ATI treiber.
Ich weiß echt nicht mehr weiter, welchen treiber ich da drauf bekomme
 
Zwar hab ich es geschafft einen Treiber zu installieren, manuell unter diesen TIPP
Jetzt ist die Radeon 9000 im Gerätemanager gelistet sowie auch im Directx-Diagnoseprogramm, aber leider werden jetzt BlueScreen verursacht:(

Wie sieht es generell unter dem AGP-Slot noch aus?
Könnt ich noch einen neue AGP-Karte Kaufen/einbauen, brauchen die zusätzlich Saft vom NT - oder reicht der Steckplatz alleine aus.
Um die 50€ würde es mir noch Wert sein, damit die Kiste problemlos läuft:D
