OK, I've got it working - just installed the HAVASoft software package, its enough to make Media Center think there is a tuner attached and for me to configure the EPG to program against. Hope that helps anyone else in the similar situation

Stimmt das das man mit dieser virtuellen Fernsehkarte den EPG Datenstrom auslesen kann auch wenn man garkeine "echte" TV Karte im System hat?
