LAN-Festplatte automatisch an/aus

Hallo

ich möchte mir eine LAN-Festplatte kaufen um darauf die Backups's meiner PC's zu machen.
Gibt es die Möglichkeit das die Festplatte automatisch aus und an geht
das Backup solle einmal pro Tag/Woche automatisch im Hintergrund laufen
