ASRock H61ICAFE & RAM ?

Tag zusammen ,

habe eine Frage und zwar habe ich mir dieses Mainboard bestellt :
ASRock H61iCafe
und diesen Arbeitsspeicher :
TeamGroup Elite DIMM Kit 8GB PC3-10667U CL9-9-9-24 (DDR3-1333)

Allerdings habe ich davon gelesen , dass dieses MB öfters Probleme mit RAM hat .
Ich zitiere :

I tested the mem. and cpu to make sure those were not the cause of the issue.... So i called tech support (which is TERRIBLE BTW), and sent him a parts list of the system and he said that should all work fine, and that i needed to RMA the board. (So i did...) Got the new one, and same thing...

So did a bit more research and read on their site.

Meine Frage , was ist double und single sided memory , wie sehe ich da einen Unterschied , zu welchem Typ gehört mein bestellter Arbeitsspeicher ?

Dein Arbeitsspeicher ist nen 2er Kit, von daher sollte es doch keine Probleme geben, oder?

Und je nachdem, was du mit Deinem Sys anstellen willst sind 8GB mehr als genug. Und wenn du halt in 2 Jahren aufrüstest, kaufst du dann 2 8er Module. Gut, das ist natürlich keine Lösung, aber ein Workaround

Wie bereits geschrieben mit deinen 2x 4 GB Riegel wird es keine Probleme geben - dass ein Board für ~60€ Probleme mit Vollbestückung und 16GB Speicher haben kann, ist denke ich aufgrund des Preises vertretbar und hätte dem Spezie auch eher in den Sinn kommen können.

Singlesided bzw. doublesided heißt nichts anderes als "Wie sind die Memorychips auf das Speicher-PCB angebracht?" -> einseitig oder auf beiden Seiten. Bei einem 4GB Speicherriegel gibt es zB die Möglichkeit 8 Chips à 512MB zu verwenden -> 4 auf jeder Seite; oder 16 à 256MB -> 8 auf jeder Seite. Bei einem Singlesided Speicherriegel wäre das bei Beispiel 1 eine Bestückung mit 4x1024MB, 8 x 512MB oder 16x256MB -> wobei 4 Chips à 1 GB wohl nicht gehen und 16 Chips à 256MB nicht auf eine Seite passen dürften

Okay , dnake dir für die ausführliche Beschrebung .
Aber wenn ich mir nochmal das gleiche 8GB Kit kaufen würde , dann würde es wahrscheinlich nicht laufen oder wie ?

Wahrscheinlich nicht, oder nur schwer.

ABER die Frage nochmal: Wofür brauchst du 16 Gig Ram? Ich kriege kaum 4 voll. [mit Win 7 64, 70+ Prozessen und Shogun 2 offen]

Ich brauche keine 16GB , die Frage war nur aus reinem Interesse .
