Ab und zu mal ein Bluescreen ! Komischer Fehler! Wer kennt sowas ?

Hallo, langsam bin ich mit meinem Latein am ende .

Vor 14 Tagen habe ich meine neue Sapphire HD 6850 eingebaut. Treiber von der CD habe ich erstmal nicht genutzt, sondern gleiche die aktuellste von der Internetseite des Herstellers geholt.
Sah alles gut aus und unter Windows läuft auch alles Stabil. Allerding schmiert das System ab und zu bei verschieden Spielen ab. Mass Effect 2, Metro 2033 erst Grafikfehler beim Laden dann erholt sich die Startgrafik und es funtz oder gefolgt von einem Bluescreen [ausgelöst von der Treiberdatei atimpag.sys] . Dann Neustart und alles läuft ohne Problem auch die Spiele. 3 x geht das ganze gut, dann 3 mal wieder Bluescreen habe mal die Dump ausgelesen und unter mein System gepostet.
Das Lustige ist, das ich manchmal einen Schwarzen Bildschim habe und es ist nicht zum Bluescreen gekommen. Der Monitor, nach dem das Spiel abgestürtzt ist noch aktive (gibt ein schwarzen Bild aus) Ich habe keine Windows-Oberflächen Wenn ich Strg+Alt+Enf passiert nix. So jetzt greife ich per Remotedesktop vom Laptop zu und gehe unter dem Gerätemanager deaktiviere die Grafikarte und aktiviere Sie wieder und das Windowsbild ist mit der Anmeldung da. Nun kann ich den Remotedesktop wieder übernehmen. Also ich habe echt schon einige Fehler kennen gelernt aber sowas !
Nur leider klappt das nicht immer....
Habe mittlerweile zig Versionen der Treiber durch installiert, ohne Erfolg.
Solangsam bin ich Ratlos wenn es läuft dann läuft es und wenn nicht dann 5 oder 8 mal hintereinander nicht mehr ... ...

Hat jemand Tipps? Bin für jeden Hinweis dankbar.

Probiere den Hotfix von MS: The operating system may crash when you run a D3D application full-screen in an immediate mode on Windows 7 or on Windows Server 2008 R2

Mache bitte auch noch zwei Screenshots von CPU-Z (Reiter Mainboard und Memory).
Wie hast du die RAM Spannung im Bios eingestellt?

Was für eine Grafikkarte war vorher drin? Wurden die alten Treiber vor Einbau der neuen Karte deinstalliert?
Aktuellste Treiber vom Hersteller...? Die aktuellsten AMD Treiber hast du auch schon ausprobiert?

Die Temperaturen der Grafikkarte liegen auch im grünen Bereich (z.B. mit Furmark testen)?

Hallo simpel1970,

erstmal vielen Dank für den Tipp mit dem Hotfix. Ich schaumal was passiert . Ich poste mal den Bericht von (Mainboard und Memory).
Also vorher war eine Nivida MSI 8400 GS drin. Lief alles wunderbar. Ja die Treiber habe ich vorher deinstalliert und die Grafikkarte onboard ist eine Ati 1200 Chipsatz 690 glaube. Ich konnte wunderbar beide Karten beteiben also 4 Monitore ansteuern. Jetzt habe ich im Bios nach vergeblichen versuch die onboard Grafikkarte deaktivert, da die mit der ATI HD 6850 nicht zusammenarbeiten will. Fehler 43 also die Onboard Karte kann nicht gestartet werden. Egal die Treiber für die Zusammenarbeit Southbridge und der Northbridge hauen von Ati (neues Treiber Version) nicht mehr hin. Ich habe die neue Karte eingebaut und dann noch mal Windows 7 64 bit neu installiert. War nicht so schlimm ohne die alte Karte ( Onboardkarte Ati) überhaupt wieder in Betrieb zu nehmen. Wäre zwar schön die beiden zusammen laufen zu lassen aber gut wenn das nicht geht aus welchen Grund auch immer.

Nun zu den Fragen im Bios ist alles auf Auto !

Ja die aktuellsten AMD Treiber habe ich probiert laufen ja auch zu 80 % stabil wie auch ältere . Der Unterschied von dem oben stehenden Phänomen ist davon unberührt.
Auch die Werte Manuelle im Bios einzugeben habe ich schon probiert mit dem gelichen erfolg. Vielleicht waren die Werte falsch die ich im Bios eingetragen habe.

Also wieder alles auf Auto. Das funtz auch . Als ich die Werte aus dem Bauchgefühl eingetragen... hehe Waren die Probleme die selben System auch 80 % Stabil .

Also die 80% sind jetzt geschätzt . Das Problem besteht ja auch nur bei Spielen.
Stichwort Temperatur . Also da wird nix zu warm, alles im Berich vom Hersteller . Was ich auslesen kann, die Grafikarte kommt auf 70 °C wenn überhaupt. Sind die Orginal Lüfter drauf.
Im Schnitt liegt die bei 57 °C bei 90 % Auslastung was wohl nicht zuviel ist ;-) und 70°C sind auch noch O.K !

So hier die beiden Screens von Mainboard und Speicher .

Jetzt bin ich mal gespannt was das Hotfix bringt das werde ich gleich mal installieren.

so kleiner Nachtrag . Hehe das Hotfix hat das System soweit verändert, das es bei 5 von 5 getesteten Versuchen kein Bluescreen mehr produziert hat. Jetzt habe ich zwar manchmal noch einen Schwarzen Bildschirm aber kein Bluescreen . Naja nicht zu schnell freuen, das heißt der Fehler hat sich verändert. Also mal sehen was das Hotfix noch alles so macht !

Welche Grafikkartentreiberversion ist aktuell installiert? 11.2?

Für die Übersichtlichkeit: Den Everest Bericht kannst du wieder aus dem vorletzten Post rauslöschen. Mache lieber die CPU-Z Screenshots (nimmt nicht so viel Platz weg und zeigt das Wichtigste an).

Testweise würde ich auch den 2GB Riegel rausmachen und beobachten, ob mit 2x1GB die Probleme gleich bleiben.
 
Chipsatztreiber auch aktuell? Hast die Nvidiatreiber nur deinstalliert oder auch Drivercleaner verwendet?

Also erstmal noch mal Vielen Dank für die Antworten.

Ich werde jetzt nochmal mal Treiber deinstallieren und auch mt Drivercleaner
das System bearbeiten . Memtest86+ jeden Riegel überprüfen und mal sehen was die Ergebnisse sind ich habe nur 2 Durchläufe pro Riegel gemacht mit dem Ergebniss...

alle 3 Riegel drin gelassen Fehler ohne ende .......

Ich werde jetzt noch einmal einbisschen rum probieren .

Ich habe den 2GB Riegel raus genommen selber Fehler Bildschim Schwarz

Habe auch einen System Start mit nur 1 GB gemacht natürlich läst sich kein Spiel mehr starten mit nur 1 GB Ram habe eins gefunden das sehr wenig braucht das auch dann den Fehler zum vorschein gebracht hat .
mal ene Frage an euc Experten welches Programm könnt Ihr empfehlen zum Test von Grafikkarten RAM ?

schon wieder ein TDR-Opfer. Da kannst lange an der Hardware spielen. Ändern wird sich kaum was.
Ich hab hier mal einen Auszug dessen, was MS zum Thema TDR schreibt:
Timeout Detection and Recovery
Windows Vista(SP1) and Windows 7 attempts to detect these problematic hang situations and recover a responsive desktop dynamically. In this process, the Windows Display Driver Model (WDDM) driver is reinitialized and the GPU is reset. No reboot is necessary, which greatly enhances the user experience. The only visible artifact from the hang detection to the recovery is a screen flicker, which results from resetting some portions of the graphics stack, causing a screen redraw. Some older Microsoft DirectX applications may render to a black screen at the end of this recovery. The end user would have to restart these applications.
Auch neuere DX Titel scheinen dieses Phänomen auszulösen. Es gibt aber Möglichkeiten, diesen kleinen Fehler zu beheben. :devil:
Wenn Du nach der ganzen Hardwaretauschundumsteckaktion ;) inklusive Mem-Test und Furmark (mit dem sich der Fehler nicht reproduzieren lässt) durch hast, wagen wir uns an die defekte Windowsinterne "atikmdag.sys" oder geben der GPU ein wenig mehr Zeit.
