Die meisten Grafikeinstellungen wirken sich wenig auf die CPU aus. Die Auflösung überhaupt nicht: Die CPU hat nahezu den selben Aufwand egal ob das Bild mit 720p oder 4k gerendert wird. Einzige Ausnahme ist der andere LOD Faktor (also die Details in der Ferne).

Also, 4 Kerne 8 Threads (Deine Config) ist "empfohlen", wenn man 30 fps anstrebt. Was auch bedeutet, dass 60fps damit im Allgemeinen nicht erreicht werden kann.
