Pidgin verbindet sich nicht mehr

Hallo
Ich habe bisher Pidgin genutzt, um den Facebookcat zu nutzen. Hat auch alles wunderbar geklappt, doch heute meldet mir Pidgin (ich hab nichts verstellt!!): X@chat.facebook.com/Pidgin deaktiviert Nicht autorisiert (Name durch X ersetzt)
Wenn ich Pidgin über meine virtuelle Maschine starten will (Linux Mint 12 LXDE), funktioniert es, genau wie mit Miranda unter Windows. Ich kann mich auch ganz normal bei Facebook anmelden. Ich nutze Pidgin 2.10.3; ein Neustart und/oder Neuinstallation (auch von Version 2.10.2) haben nichts gebracht :(

Hoffentlich hat jemand ne Antwort. :)
PS: Die Portable-Version funktioniert auch nicht. :(
PPS: Es schien sich tatsächlich um einen Serverfehler gehandelt zu haben, denn auf einmal funktioniert es wieder! Warum es dann aber unter Linux und warum es bei Miranda die ganze Zeit funktioniert hat, verstehe ich nicht :/
