würde gerne mein bios updaten bord ASRock Z68 EXTREME3 GEN3 S1155 Intel Z68 retail
nur finde ich nicht die richtigen Treiber und wie und was mann alles machen muss

vielleicht könnt ihr mir ja helfen

Wozu willst du das denn machen? Irgendwelche Probleme?
