wollte gerne unter Linux dieses Projekt nutzen und wüsste gerne wie ich es unter Ubuntu 10.10 einrichte.

Kann mir da bitte jemand helfen?

Linux Online - Application: LameSocks
Das steht inder Readme.txt:

simulating a real socks4/5 proxy. Simulating means, that
users connecting to, will be redirected to one or more ips, nevertheless which ip they request over the socks protocoll.
I wrote this daemon, to track lamers, scannig my network for open socks and connecting then to irc over open proxies.
So now, I let them connect through such an 'open' proxy and can watch, what they are doing over such a proxy.
For details, I installed my own ircd running on a local machine (192.168....) using my own 'trimmed' dns and a plenty of vhosts.

Ich wollte gerne mal einen Socks4 Proxy testen ohne mitdem Internet verbunden zu sein.

Vllt mag jemand ja auch lamesocks mal auf seinem Ubunturechner ausprobieren

Hm, brauchst du etwa hilfe beim kompilieren?

Lad dir einfach die .tar.gz runter, dann im Terminal ins Verzeichnis wechseln,


make

und

sudo make install


ausführen. Wenn etwas fehlschlägt, dann fehlt meist eine Abhängigkeit. Poste dann einfach die Fehlermeldung hier

make: *** Keine Regel, um »install« zu erstellen. Schluss

Das bedeutet ganz einfach, dass du es nicht installieren musst. Benutze einfach das fertige Programm, das mittlerweile in dem Verzeichnis liegt.
