Seit ca. 1,5 Stunden ist das World Update 15 vorhanden. Download war bei mir okay. Exakte Download Zeit habe ich nicht geschaut, habe es im Hintergrund laufen lassen. Zwischendurch habe ich aber meine volle 107 Mbit/s gesehen.

Es ist aber schon das erste Problem bekannt:

Und schon behoben:
"TIN data (photogrammetry) across all updated cities should now be fixed in World Update 15: Nordics & Greenland. Please restart your simulator if you do not see these changes take effect."
