Dreister Windows 7 x64 Bluescreen

Hallo Leute,

mittlerweile verzweifle ich an diesem Bluescreenproblem.
Der Bluescreen kommt immer nach dem ersten hoch fahren, einige Sekunden nach der Windows Desktopanzeige. Dann kommt der bekannte Neustart.

Ich kann den PC erst problemlos neustarten, wenn ich ihn danach im abgesicherten Modus hochfahre, dann wieder herunterfahre UND dann wieder normal hochfahre. DANN bleibt er auch konstant oben - die ganze Zeit.

Ich habe bereits den Memtest durchgeführt und es konnten keine Errors gefunden werden (50 Std., 15 Passes, 0 Errors).

Der Computer ist absolut neu. Keine 2 Monate alt. Alle Treiber sind auf dem aktuellen Stand. Windows habe ich bereits 2x neu installiert. Hat alles nichts gebracht.

Ich habe keine Ahnung woran es liegen kann.

Folgende Einstellungen im Bios vornehmen (manuell einstellen, nicht auf AUTO lassen):

Frequenz: 1333mhz (666mhz)
Timings: 9-9-9-25-34
Command Rate: 2T
Spannung der RAM: 1,65V

Hilft das nicht, aktuellstes Bios Flashen.

HIlft das auch nicht, RAM umtauschen. Gund: ColdBootBug (google mal nach G.skill cold boot bug)
