New CPU installed, fT/PSP NV corrupted or fTPM/PSP NV structure changed. - Was tun?

Hallo zusammen,
ich habe meinen PC zusammengebaut und möchte nun Bios schauen ob alles soweit okay ist. Hierfür habe ich beim Starten entfernen gedrückt.
Herausgekommen ist diese Meldung:

New CPU installed, fT/PSP NV corrupted or fTPM/PSP NV structure changed.
Press Y to reset fTPM, if you have BitLocker or encryption enabled, the system will not boot without a recovery key
Press W to keep previous fiPM record and continue system boot, fTPM will NOT enable in new cu, you can swap back to the old CPU to recover TPH related Keys and data.

Was ist falsch? Was muss ich tun?

Moin, dein Bios ist auf englisch...
Schau mal auf die englische Tastatur...

Y = Z
Z = Y

Wahrscheinlich ist nichts falsch

Ja, "Z" drücken und weiter gehts

Gleicher Fehler ist mir 2022 auch unterlaufen
Drück korrekt das "Z"

Danke. Das Z war in diesem Fall die richtige Taste (nicht die richtige Wahl…).
