Proxifier "A connection request was canceled before the completion"

Hey, seidem ich meinen Laptop mit Windows 8.1 neu installier habe, komme ich mit meinem Proxifier nichtmehr zurecht. Vor der Installation lief alles super, ich habe bereits mehr als 50 verschiedene Server vesucht, darunter auch 2 paid Proxys. Auf anderen Rechnern mit Windows 7 und 8 lief das ganze ohne Probleme. ALLE Rechner auf denen ich es getestet habe haben die ZoneAlarm Firewall aktiv und die Systemfirewall deaktiviert. Auf meinem Windows 8.1 Rechner bekomme ich folgende Meldung:"A connection request was canceled before the completion". Aber manchmal kommt das ganze doch durch und ich kann mit der Verbindung einige Sekunden bis zu einer Minute arbeiten, danach geht das ganze wieder vom vorne los.

Wenn ich hingehe und starte das Programm dass über den Proxy verbindet mehrmals, in diesem Fall 3x kommen die Verbindungen sofort durch!

Nachdem die zwei "überschüssigen" Programme sich selber beendet haben und nur noch eines der drei läuft, geht das ganze wieder so weiter wie es anfing.
