They are supposed to improve contrasts in games and reduce how stressing it is for your eyes to look at screens.
I don't really think they work... I mean if these contrast levels are better for your eyes why not just include a setting in the monitor?

The yellow glasses have some kind of filter in it to filter the yellow light from surrounding artificial lights and from the monitor. I have tried them a while now. But not for gaming. I will need to test with a few gaming sessions.

I made some new pictures of the stuff in daylight now. Much better even though same camera.

Also finally another package with watercooling stuff I need. Going to try and fit some stuff this weekend. I can now measure some cabling and such. I can't wait!

I was bored and wanted to work on them so bad so I pre-made them so I can put them in the build right away. Hope you like the too many pictures of just ram and heatsinks xD

What in the world XSPC. You sell these per TWO. You put everything in per TWO. But the plexi pieces for low profile ram...YOU PUT IN ONLY ONE!!! What is that about? So I cut them up into 4 pieces to get them to work for all 4 heatsinks.

Another baby step. I fitted these babies to my motherboard. I changed the silver screws to black ones I accidentally happened to have left from my top grill. And they fit in perfectly :nod:

Here is a big pile of photos I made during the mounting of the waterblock and backplate. Perhaps a bit too many. But I hope you don't mind. I really like the artwork of KFA2 so I made extra photos of that on the gfx card.

I had to modify the waterblock to fit. Later on it showed that this was due to the block itself being not an amazing design as I also had issues with card No. 2.

Time for a small update. I did some minor work on the waterblock top and now it fits perfectly and completely flat. So happy with that. Next to this I did some painting. I wanted to paint the PCI backplate black so the back of the case will be full black (and orange) and not show silver or black chrome. I will get covers for the ports I won't be using. Clean, black and clear of dust.

Next to this I started working on the 2 rear fans by Xilence. I thought I would do my regular routine of getting rid of the stickers, removing the lid and o-ring and the fan drops off.... WRONG!!!!! :nono: :miffed:

Xilence fans cannot be removed. SOOOOOOOOOOOOO I had to do it oldschool style with a lot of covering tape lolz. "welcome to this weeks episode of being creative with masking tape, I am your host for the evening Dr Hukkel"

I have started to sleeve my cables so I can do some testfitting and see if I need to change up some colours.

Since it was so sunny today and light untill very late I shot a quick few photos of the 24 pin. Man I should invest into a better camera. My neighbour gets sick from me asking him for help all the time xD
But there would have been a much better photo of the gorgeous sleeving that way.
Something inside of me told me I needed white in there. I HAD to use 2 strings of white.

The combo I (for now) have chosen is Black, orange, black, shade 19, white, black and that mirrored.

As I have shown I am now busy doing some sleeving. Deciding the colours and patterns and the actual sleeving itself. It is not easy measuring stuff because the build is not at my home atm due to some renovation going on here making a mess and causing lots of dust. So I have go move to where it is and back every time. Not really ideal. Today I went there to see if the 24 and double 8 pin were done right and if I needed to adjust the length of the 4 6-pins before sleeving them. While I was there I thougt I would take a few pictures of everything together. Just to let you know what is going on. Enjoy.
