It has been a little quiet here on the PCGamesHardware AO thread lately.
I have compiled a list of changes to your AO list, that will bring it up to date with MrBonk's list on Guru3D:
1) The AO flag for "Assasin's Creed" should be corrected to "0x00060019" (works for both DX9 and DX10):
Link
2) "0x00000019" should be added for "Assasin's Creed II":
Link
3) "0x00000019" should be added for "Assassin's Creed Brotherhood" (Set shadows to 4 ingame to disable SSAO):
Link
4) "0x00000019" should be added for "Assassin's Creed Revelations":
Link
5) "0x00060000" should be added for "Assassin's Creed: Liberation HD" (Set SSAO=0 in the .ini):
Link
6) "0x00000018" should be added for "Binary Domain":
Link
7) The AO flag for "Borderlands 2 Game of the Year Edition" should be corrected to "0x0000002F":

8) "0x00000003" should be added for "Bully: Scholarship Edition":

Link
12) "0x00000018" should be added for "Dark Souls: Prepare To Die Edition":
Link
13) The title of the "Dead Island" entry should be corrected to "Dead Island & Riptide", since the "0x00000019" flag also works in the second installment of the series:
Link1,
Link2
14) The AO flag for your "Final Fantasy XIV A Relam Reborn 2" entry should be corrected to "0x0000102B" (Only works for "Transparent Lighting Quality=High"):
Link
15) The Mafia II AO flag should be corrected to "0x00000032" (subtle) and "0x00000031" (strong), since "0x0000002D" causes problems in the cutscenes:
Link
16) "0x00000002" (subtle) and "0x00000030" (strong) should be added for "Mirror's Edge":
Link
17) The Risen 2 AO flag should be corrected to "0x00000009" (subtle) and "0x00000019" (strong):
Link
18) "0x00000033" should be added for "The Witcher 2" (only works for 16:9 resolutions):
Link1,
Link2
With all of these corrections, the AO list should be in great shape
