BSOD - WDF_Violation

Guten Morgen liebe Community,

ich wende mich mit einem Problem an euch dass ich nicht mehr selber lösen kann und ich weiß auch keine andere Hilfe mehr.

Ich habe seit langer Zeit (Mitte 2019) immer wieder in unregelmäßigen Abständen BSOD's mit der Fehlermeldung "WDF_Violation". Eine Internetsuche hat ergeben dass das meist bei HP-Geräten auftaucht und nachdem man ein Windows-Update gemacht hat.
Ich habe allerdings weder einen HP Rechner noch ein Update gemacht.

Das Problem ist nach der Treiberaktualisierung mittels DriverEasy aufgetaucht. Ein Wiederherstellungspunkt wurde nicht erstellt.
Windows habe ich bereits mehrmals neu installiert ohne irgendwelche Erfolge. Ein Antivirenprogramm läuft nicht, außer der Windows-Firewall.
Das Auslesen der Minidump Files hat Folgendes ergeben:

Welcher RAM isses denn GENAU?

Dann mal folgendes probieren:
- RAM mit Memtest86+ testen (Memtest86+ - Download - ComputerBase)! Zuerst mit allen (2?) Riegeln und danach mal jeden Riegel einzeln!
- testweise den RAM mit nur 2133MHz betreiben!
- schon ein CMOS Reset durchgeführt?
- irgendwas übertaktet (CPU, GPU)?
- welche Windows-10 Version wurde denn neu installiert? Die aktuellste 2004?

Das durch "Driver Easy" der Fehler entstand ist eher unwarscheinlich - da ja nach eine Win-Neuinstallation die Probleme nicht weg sind!
Trotzdem würde ich von solchen Programmen eher die Finger lassen!

Wenn eine komplette Neuinstallation incl CMOS-Reset (und danach prüfen der Einstellungen im UEFI) und RAM-Prüfung nix gebracht hat dann ist möglicherweise ein Hardware-Problem die Ursache!
Dann wäre nur noch ein testweiser einzelner Tausch der Komponenten (zuerst Mainboard, RAM und letztlich CPU) eine Möglichkeit!

PS:
Was mich durchaus irritiert ist das unknown_module_0000000000020000.sys
Das kann durchaus vom RAM-Problemen kommen!

habe jetzt alles gemacht was du vorgeschlagen hast. Habe den RAM getestet und läuft problemlos, wie auch ein CMOS Reset gemacht. Keine Besserung. Habe eher das Gefühl als würden die BSOD's jetzt häufiger kommen.

Glaubst du wirklich dass es ein Hardware Problem ist? Weil im crashdump zeigt er mir jetzt das an:

Vier Abstürze in kürzester Zeit. Ich glaube eher dass das an einem Treiber liegt oder?

Wenn sooo viele unterschiedlich Bluescreens auftreten mit immer anderen "Dateien" dann liegt es nahe das es am RAM liegt!
Hat Memtest86 keine Fehler ausgegeben?

ne der hat keine fehler ausgegeben :/ habe jetzt angefangen meine treiber alle nacheinander zu de- und reinstallieren. mal schauen ob das was bringt
