SSD 840 Basic - bootet ewig - Session0InitDuration zu lange

Hallo Leute,

ich verzweifel hier fast.
Mein Laptop, ein Asus ROG G74SX, hat vor 1,5 Jahren eine Samsung SSD 840 Basic bekommen.

Jetzt fängt die ohne ersichtlichen Grund an, langsam zu booten. Aber NUR, wenn der PC vorher ordentlich heruntergefahren wurde. Starte ich den einfach neu, startet alles wie gewohnt sehr schnell.

Besonders zwischen dem "Windows wird gestartet"-Screen und der Benutzerauswahl bzw. dem Benutzerlogin habe ich ein schwarzes Standbild, welches immer so um die 65 Sekunden dauert.

Dabei fällt besonders ein auf:

Hat irgendjemand eine Idee, woran das liegen kann?

Folgendes kann ausgeschlossen werden, weil gemacht bzw. geprüft:
SSD ordentlich formatiert (secure erase) (bereits 2mal)
Windows ordentlich installiert (bereits 2mal)
BIOS aktuell, Chipset aktuell
SATA-Kabel funktioniert tadellos
HDD eingebaut und funktioniert auch tadellos

Ich bin ratlos!
