Moin moin,
hoffe ihr könnt mir weiter helfen, da der Hersteller des Laptops sagt ist nicht sein Problem liegt an Microsoft
und Microsoft gibt immer nur die antwort naja setzen sie doch einfach das system neu auf das könnte helfen.
Ich habe ein Acer Aspire E5-771G-760Y Laptop, werlcher mir seit einiger zeit etwas sorgen macht.
Ich hab immer wieder Bluescreens, am meisten Treten sie auf wenn ich Spiele, sonst eigentlich kaum,
gestern abend hat er sich dann auf einmal so festgeschossen das der rechner nicht ein mal mehr starten wollte.
Heute gehts auf einmal wieder (nachdem ich ihm aus frust einen kleinen klaps gegeben habe).
Leider habe ich mit der auswertung und solcher fehler noch keine erfahrung sameln können und hab daher nur vom letzten Memory.dmp eine ausgabe. Höffe ihr konnt mir sagen was ich da genau sehen muss und ob es überhaupt was zu sehen gibt.
