Bluescreens und diverse Abstürze

Guten Tag,

ich habe leider einige Probleme mit meinem aktuellen System.

Zu aller erst mein Hardware Setup:

Mainboard: Asus ROG STRIX B650E-F Gaming Wifi B650E
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7950X
GPU: Gain16GB D6X RTX 4080 Phantom
Memory: Corsair DIMM 32 GB DDR5-5600 (2x 16 GB) Dual-Kit
Power Supply: be quiet! STRAIGHT POWER11 CM 850W ATX24

Die Probleme äußern sich in mehreren Bluescreens (mit unterschiedlichen Gründen) und in verschiedenen Abstürzen von Spielen, Anwendungen und virtuellen Maschinen (HYPER-V-Clients).


Hier sind die Daten der aufgezeichneten Bluescreens:

SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION - caused by: ntoskrnl.exe - File Description: NT Kernel & System
no Bug Check String in the dmp file - caused by: ksUSBa64.sys - File Description: WDB USB Audio Driver
Ich hatte noch mehr Daten, leider habe ich den Computer formatiert und auch die dmp-Dateien gelöscht.

In der Windows-Ereignisanzeige finde ich folgende Einträge, wenn Programme und Spiele abstürzen:
Anwendungen:
1) Error - SecurityCenter - Error while updating the Windows Defender Status to SECURITY_PRODUCT_STATE_ON.
2) Error - Application Error - name of the malfunctioning application: LeagueClientUx.exe - name of the malfunctioning module: libcef.dll
3) Error - Application Error - name of the malfunctioning application: MsMpEng.exe - name of the bad module: ntdll.dll
4) Error - Application Error - name of the malfunctioning application: dwm.exe - name of the malfunctioning module: dwmcore.dll
5) Error - Application Error - name of the malfunctioning application: NVIDIA Share.exe - bad module name: ntdll.exe

Es gibt noch einige mehr, aber das sind die häufigsten, die ich gefunden habe. Die häufigsten Fehler werden durch die Module ntdll.dll und libcef.dll verursacht.

Ich muss gestehen, dass ich langsam ein bisschen ratlos bin. Die Hardware ist weniger als 5 Monate alt und alle Geräte werden erkannt und funktionieren im idle Modus ohne irgendwelche spürbaren Probleme (Geräusche oder ähnliches).

Dann hast Du Dein Problem wahrscheinlich gefunden. Steck die mal ab und deinstallieren die Treiber und schau nach einem Neustart mal, ob Deine Probleme noch immer auftreten.
 
Ich arbeite gerade noch. Ich werde heute Abend dann ein paar Stress Tests durchführen mit abgesteckter Soundkarte.

Danke trotzdem schon einmal für deine Antwort, ob es nun die Lösung ist oder nicht.
 
Kein Probelm! Vor allem diese unsägliche Connect Software deinstallieren. Vielleicht liegt es ja daran. irgend ein Problem mit den Harwaretreibern scheint Dein Windows zu haben.

Schlimmsten Falls liegt es am RAM.
 
Ok, ich habe die Soundkarte entfernt und hatte 2-3 Tage keine Probleme. Habe allerdings auch nicht wirklich rechnerintensive Dinge getan. League of Legends lief lange ohne Fehler, dort hatte ich vorher Abstürze. Aber ich habe jetzt gerade Baldurs Gate 3 gespielt und das ist dann noch 1-2 Stunden Spielzeit abgestürzt und relativ schnell nach einem Restart erneut.

Ich finde im Ereignismanager keinerlei Hinweise, dass das Spiel abgestürzt ist.

Gibt es hier noch was, dass ich tun kann?
 
Das ist ja schon mal ein Fortschritt, dass keine Bluescreens mehr auftreten. Ich denke, Du hast nicht nur die Soundkarte einfach abgesteckt, sondern auch die Treiber ordnungsgemäß deinstalliert.

Wenn in der Ereignissnzeige gar nichts angezeigt wird, ist das gut und schlecht. Schlecht, weil Du jetzt im Dunkeln rumstocherst, gut, weil es vermutlich keine Treiberkonflikte mehr gibt in Windows.

Wenn nur Baldurs Gate 3 abstürzt und sich der Rechner nicht einfach so im Game neu startet, dann tippe ich einfach auf einen Bug im Spiel, welcher hoffentlich noch behoben wird.

Ansonsten ist bei Dir alles aktuell? Windows Game Bar, BIOS, Nvidia Treiber?

Es kann natürlich auch sein, dass durch Deine vorherigen ganzen Bluescreens und Neustarts Dein Windows etwas durcheinander gekommen ist. Hattest Du es danach mal komplett neu aufgesetzt? Es allerdings der Fehler derzeit nur in dem einen Spiel auftritt, gehe ich nicht davon aus.
 
Ja Treiber ordnungsgemäß installiert.

Ich installiere gerade noch einen Stress Test und zwei weitere Spiele die höhere Anforderungen haben und teste die Abstürze damit.

Aktuell ist alles.

Und ja ich habe komplett neuinstalliert.

Die Datei macht seit quasi Ewigkeiten Probleme in Verbindung mit der G6. Es gab immer wieder Fixes/Treiber-Updates aber irgendwas bricked letztlich doch wieder.

1) Das Win11 Security Center schmiert ab.
2) LOL schmiert ab weil es Probleme mit der libcef.dll gibt. Die stammt von Valve. Ich weiß nur nicht wofür die verwendet wird.
3) Das ist der Windows Defender bzw. Security Essentials. Der dürfte abschmieren weil das Security Center sich vorher bereits verabschiedet hatte.
4) DWM ist u.a. zuständig für visuelle Effekte auf dem Desktop
5) NVidia Share schmiert dann in Folge von 4. ab

Das das Security Center und auch in der Folge dann der Windows Defender abschmiert habe ich persönlich noch nicht unter Windows erlebt. Finden sich dazu mehrere Einträge in der Ereignisanzeige?
 
Das Windows Security Center ist unzählige Male abgestürzt. Seitdem ich die Soundkarte abgeklemmt habe, nicht mehr. Aber eventull ist das nur ein Zufall.

Die libcef.dll liegt aber im Pfad von League of Legends. Ich habe steam zwar installiert, aber die Datei liegt unter "Pfad des fehlerhaften Moduls: C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\libcef.dll"

Zu 4 und 5 kann ich nichts sagen.

Kann es sein, dass sich PC Komponenten nicht miteinander vertragen? RAM und Mainboard bspw. Ich hatte in 15 Jahren Computer Nutzung noch nie solche Fehler, bei denen ich nicht einmal sagen konnte wo die Ursache liegt. Die Hardware Teile sind wie gesagt 6-7 Monate alt. Soll ich hier versuchen von der Garantie Gebrauch zu machen und mir diese austauschen lassen?
 
Gerade hatte ich erneut einen Bluescreen.

Was ich nicht verstehe, wieso es immer wieder ein anderer Fehler ist.
 
Meine Fragen waren:
1. Hast Du die Treiber der SoundBlaster DEINSTALLIERT?
2. Hattest Du Windows komplett neu aufgesetzt nach den ganzen Abstürzen?
 
Hast Du mal deinen RAM mit Memtest86 auf eventuelle Defekte überprüft?

Bootstick erstellen und davon booten.

Ist zwar keine 100prozentige Sicherheit der Fehleranalyse, aber wenn der anschlägt, dann ist der RAM defekt. Bitte vor dem Test XMP oder EXPO Peofil deaktivieren.

Vielleicht hilft ja auch die Deinstallation des Grfaikkartentreiber mittels DDU und Neuinstallation.

Ich habe jetzt einen RAM Riegel rausgenommen und habe gerade nur den DIMM A2 drin. Danach ist der Test ohne Probleme durchgelaufen und bis jetzt hatte ich noch keine Abstürze oder sonstige Fehlermeldungen.

Ich habe von der gleichen Marke nochmal 2 RAM Riegel. Kann ich die einfach austauschen? Ich würde jetzt ganz gern testen, ob es mein Mainboard oder der RAM Riegel ist.

Oder sind das keine guten Ideen?
Als Zusatz habe ich mittels DDU den GPU neuinstalliert.

Das scheint vermutlich ein defekter RAM-Riegel zu sein. Wenn Du die gleichen Riegel vom gleichen Hersteller hast; also gleiche Größe, gleiche Geschwindigkeit, kannst Du es versuchen.
Manchmal verbauen die Hersteller unterschiedliche Speicherbausteine. Das kann passieren, wenn man ältere Module mit neueren mischt.
Probier es einfach aus, „kaputt“ machen kannst Du nichts.
