GeForce GTX550Ti und acpi fehler nach einbau

[testhase]

hallo ihr hardware-spezialisten,

folgendes problem,
ich habe mir von EVGA eine GeForce GTX550Ti gekauft. bisher war eine hd4350 verbaut. alles lief problemlos.
betriebssystem ist win7 ultim. 64bit.
netzteil ausgänge:
+12V1 - 18 A
+12V2 - 18 A
+12V3 - 18 A
+12V4 - 18 A
+5V - 2.5 A
-12V - 0.8 A
und pcie stecker vorhanden.

nach dem einbau der gtx lief das sytem an bis zum startbildschrim von win. dann startet pc neu und sagt mir:
"system is not fully ACPI compliant".

die gtx verlangt aber laut beschreibung 24a auf der 12v schiene.
ist mein netzteil vill zu schwach?
bios ist auf letzten möglich update.
habt ihr eine idee woran das liegen kann?

Bau doch mal die alte Karte ein, deainstalliere die Treiber komplett, und dann versuch nochmal die nvidia.
